Pacific Point is the newest Bosa Development project in downtown Yaletown.
Bosa Development is very well known and reputable builder in the lower mainland. Bosa built buildings are synonomous with being well built and a sense of luxury.
Pacific Point is not a new project per se, what Bosa did was took a previous rentals only building and refurbished it totally to almost new. The advantage of refurbishing is that they have kept the huge square footage of the old rental building. Bedrooms are big enough to fit king size beds. The views of the water from most of the 8th floor and up are breathetaking. Close walking proximity to George Wainborn Park, Sea wall and walking distance to Yaletown and the Granville strip.
