Plans – One Bed 587- 589sqft South Facing, One bed + dens 648sqft East Facing, 2 bedrooms 839 – 849 sqft West Facing, 2 bed 934 sqft SouthWest Facing, 2 bed 987sqft South East Facing, 2bed and dens 921 – 925 West Facing, 2 bed and Den 989 – 1023 sqft South and South West Facing, 3 beds 1009 – 1012 sqft North West Facing, 3 bed 966 – 973 sqft North East Facing and 3 bedroom Townhouses 1506 sqft South Facing. All homes will come with at least 1 parking stall.
Pricing at the moment is at the Rough estimate of $500+/sqft. To be safe, I would use $550/sqft. Pricing will be updated once I learn more specifics.
Projected maintenance fees – 25-27 cents a square foot. Maintenance fees include gas, gym, lounge and hot water. There is Central Air Conditioning in the building. Each unit will have their own individual heat pump so each unit can be monitored and billed individually.
Deposit structure – 15% total. Initial $20,000 due at the time of written offer. A second deposit of 10% minus the $20,000 is due at 7 days after accepted offer. 3rd deposit of 5% is due 270 days after the accepted offer.
Completion is slated to be Â Summer 2016.
